Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction at the current exchange rate(if unsure please check with your credit card company).
We accept Visa and MasterCard. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
Shipping And Handling
Your product will be dispatched within 1-3 days using a courier service or Royal Mail
Delivery Schedule
If your order is in stock we will dispatch it within 1-3 days Normally for Next Day Delivery. You will be notified via email if the items you have ordered are not in stock.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included where applicable.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

MICK BYRNE.CO.UK do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
Returns Policy
Goods which are Either unsuitable or have been purchased in Error may be returned to ourselves for Credit-Refund or Exchange within 14 working days of receipt. Goods must be unused and in original packaging (we reserve the right to charge a fee to replace product packaging which is damaged or defaced). Goods must be in a resellable condition when returned. It is recommended that goods are returned by Recorded-Insured delivery as we can't accept responsibility for Undelivered-Damaged returned goods.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a £6.99 (UK) return postage fee for all Helmets for exchange UK Mainland £20 Eire
Important : All Motorcycle Helmets MUST have all stickers/instructions attached to the helmet, as they will not be accepted as new, therefore can't be returned.
Please be advised that all returns must be returned with prior notice either by Phone or E-Mail.
Post and packaging costs cannot be refunded (unless goods are proven faulty).
